Penn Valley Group, a leading provider of executive services to clients across a broad spectrum of industries, announces the addition of Angela Nader as Lead Partner of the Human Capital Management practice. Mrs. Nader's primary responsibilities include providing executive human capital advisory services to clients in the business services, consumer products, pharmaceutical, industrial, construction and technology industries.
Angie brings more than 20 years experience as a corporate executive and independent business owner, specializing in strategic planning, talent management, leadership assessment and development, change management and turnarounds, performance management and organizational development for businesses ranging from small and mid-market companies to the Fortune 100.
She has held internal senior leadership positions with Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. and driven performance improvement initiatives with many corporate clients including Johnson & Johnson, White Wave/Dean Foods, Progresso/General Mills and Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield, as well as mid-market companies Rapid Recycling, Informa Training Partners, Clement Pappas and Walters Construction Group.

Angela earned a Masters of Science in Human Organizational Science/Human Resource Development from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Business Administration from Muhlenberg College. She is also an adjunct faculty member of Villanova's graduate studies program in Human Resource Development and on the Advisory Board for the Graduate HRD Program. She holds an executive coaching certification from The Coaches Institute in San Rafael, CA and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
