OrthoPediatrics, a bio-science company dedicated to improving the product and services resources available for treating children's unique orthopedic conditions, has engaged PVG to plan, design and implement new operating models to streamline new product development, demand forecasting and inventory management. OrthoPediatrics is a private, growth-oriented company based in Warsaw, Indiana, “the Orthopedic Manufacturing Capital of the World”. Joe Giordano, PVG’s Operations Excellence Partner, will lead the project.
