Angela Nader, Lead Partner for Penn Valley Group’s Human Capital Management, brings to our clients over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources and organizational development.
Angela's expertise lies in strategic organizational & human resource planning, change management/turnarounds, leadership assessment and development, talent management strategies, as well as employee relations programs and union avoidance.
She has worked with a wide variety of businesses ranging from Fortune 100 companies to mid market organizations, in the industries of manufacturing, service, distribution, construction, consumer products, pharmaceutical, as well as new business start-ups.
Angela leads the human capital management function to improve performance for Penn Valley clients through assessment of organizational effectiveness, design and implementation of organizational development strategies, design and structure of human resource systems, talent management, leadership development, management capability, proactive communication processes, and systems to promote positive employee relations.
Prior to joining Penn Valley Group, Angela was managing partner for an executive coaching and consulting firm, and also owned and operated her own consulting practice for 9 years. Angie has served in a variety of senior leadership roles in Human Resources, Organizational Systems, and Operations with Ocean Spray Cranberries for 10 years, and prior to that with Safeguard Business Systems.
She has successfully:
- Developed and implemented growth strategies for small/mid-market firms as it relates to human capital management.
- Led strategic planning initiatives to redefine vision/mission and long term goals to facilitate organizations’ growth strategies.
- Conducted leadership assessments and design appropriate development plans and talent management strategies.
- Conducted 360 stakeholder surveys to improve internal effectiveness and inter-company relationships.
- Assumed consultative, advisory role to CEO’s and senior executives in their strategic and tactical decision making.
- Held interim roles as an outsourced human resource solution.
Angela holds her Master’s Degree in Human Organizational Science/Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Her Bachelor’s degree is in Business Administration & Psychology from Muhlenberg College. She is a certified Coach and received her training from the Coach Training Institute, San Rafael, CA and The International Coaches Federation. Angie is adjunct faculty at Villanova University in their Graduate Studies in Human Resource Development Program and on the advisory board for the Graduate HRD program. She is a former board member and committee leader for the New Jersey Food Processors Association. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, and was on the mentoring committee for the Philadelphia Chapter. Angela is a volunteer for Career Wardrobe, a non-profit organization serving disadvantaged women who strive to get back in the workplace.
