Decision One Expands Relationship with Penn Valley Sales and Marketing
DecisionOne, a leading provider of information technology services, expanded its relationship with PVG. Following a successful engagement to re-engineer DecisionOne’s sales and business development process and train sales and support personnel on the new methodology, DecisionOne turned to PVG to create a robust new service development and launch process. The first new service was launched in March 2011 and a second new offering is in development and targeted for launch June 1, 2011.
PVG has created a process and a roadmap for developing new services that meet unmet market needs and allow them to differentiate from their competition. This project is the key element to enable DecisionOne to meet its goal of launching one new services offering per quarter in 2011, promising new revenue streams that will facilitate growth expected by their parent company, Glodyne, which acquired DecisionOne in June of 2010 to facilitate their North American growth strategy.
