e-brilliance, LLC Completes Company Sale to Strategic Partner
e-brilliance, LLC, a leading provider of strategic IT solutions and staffing resources, has completed the sale of its business to a prominent and larger IT consultancy buyer with global headquarters in the Philadelphia region.
After transforming the business to a broad-based technology consulting company and doubling and diversifying its revenue base over the last three years through extremely difficult economic conditions, e-brilliance made the strategic decision to align itself with a friendly competitor which provides a greater depth of financial and operational resources to support further growth, enabling the e-brilliance client teams to focus on delivering quality IT-solutions for its clients.
The transaction contributes to, and materially expands, the capabilities and reach of the buyer, including expansion of the client base in the key verticals of financial services and healthcare industries, expansion of the talent pool with 50 technical and development resources, expanded management talent, and materially enhances the sales and business development expertise with the e-brilliance team and its founder/leader Michael Axelrod.
