Situation – As a provider of converged communications solutions and services, this client’s top line had reached a plateau of $14M annually. The management team believed they were missing a potential growth opportunity. They came to PVG with a request to assist in creating a growth plan for the company and to raise the necessary expansion capital to fund the plan.
Solution – Working with the CEO and the management team, PVG developed a five-year growth plan for the business, to include both organic growth and acquisitions. PVG then worked closely with the client to prepare the necessary presentation materials and develop the potential financial terms of the offering. PVG provided the client access to several high quality funding sources, as potential partners for the company.
Results – PVG and the company were successful in raising almost $10M in funding and the management team has successfully grown the company to $25M in annual revenues in less than two years. This growth was accomplished without a single acquisition.
